The Sussex Hog Roast Company, based near Henfield uses locally reared Sussex and Hampshire pigs, lambs and beef for traditional oven roasts and barbecues.
It is important to us that we use only the best produce and that the creatures have had a good, well cared-for life.

More Than Hog Roasts
The Hog Roast is a fantastic way of producing and serving high quality food for large numbers, without breaking the bank.
It also produces a terrrific theatrical wow-factor. In its simplest form, the bap or baguette is filled with generous slices of roast pork, crisp crackling, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce is perfect fare to accompany the evening disco after a wedding.

Here at The Sussex Hog Roast Company we take care of all arrangements for your event, whether it's a team building day, hosting clients or just celebrating a milestone. We are the sister company of the ever popular and well established www.midsussexhogroast.co.uk
We are qualifed chefs and look after everything from fine dinning to bbqs and hog roasts. We are prefered caterers for many local venues.
We dont spin our pigs over open fires, this method we believe leaves meat rubber and under done. We are highly qualifed chefs, and slow roast our pigs for many hours sealed in the hog oven with its own jucies. The meat then simply falls off the bones. We dont always have to do this on site, and we often where circumstances are prefered, bring the meats and foods piping hot and ready.
We also operate BBQs and are pleased to provide serving staff and additional equipment such as cutlery, crockery and glassware so you can enjoy the day without worry.
On a corporate level, a hog, lamb or beef roast with The Sussex Hog Roast Company is a great idea for open days, product launches, team building, retirement parties etc.
Many people associate the Hog Roast with Summer. In fact it is ideal for all sorts of occasions throughout the year. Having one of our Hog Roast together with cups of piping hot tomato soup is a great way of celebrating Guy Fawkes or Halloween night. We are ideal for Christmas parties too - with our very portable hog oven on the patio, the delicious pork-filled bap makes a change from canapes!
With a starter chosen from our large selection, salads, new potatoes and choice of delicious desserts the simple Hog Roast becomes a sumptuous three course meal and our beef and lamb roasts are very popular too...
